Frequent questions
To access the free courses and seminars, you simply must register with your Google, Facebook, or any email account to create an account on the Educational Portal. Once you have an account on the portal, you can browse the catalog of courses and seminars and sign up for those that interest you by clicking on the "Join" button.
Once you have joined the course or seminar of your interest, it is important that you click on the settings of your Educational Portal account to complement your basic data such as names and surnames, (among other data) which are necessary for the Educational Portal can generate the certificate of attendance when you finish and approve the course or seminar you registered for.
To access paid courses and seminars, you must register with your Google, Facebook, or any email account to create an account on the Educational Portal. If you are already registered in the Educational Portal, you just have to click on the paid course or seminar of your interest on the button that says "Join", the system will redirect you to the payment platform.
YOU MUST PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
Remember that the value of your course or seminar is in US Dollars. To pay the value of your course or seminar, you can do so in the following ways:
1. Being in any country in the world, you can make the payment for the value of the course and/or seminar on the PayPal platform by clicking here on PayPal. The currency of this platform is in US Dollars.
2. If you are outside of Colombia, you can make the payment with a credit or debit card for the value of the course and/or seminar on Bancolombia's Wompi payment platform by clicking on Wompi Platform. The currency of this platform is Colombian Pesos.
3. If you are in Colombia, you can pay with a credit or debit card, PSE, Transfers from Bancolombia, Bancolombia QR Code, Nequi, or by paying cash at Correspondent Banking through Bancolombia's Wompi payment platform by clicking on Platform Wompi. The currency of this platform is Colombian Pesos.
4. If you are outside of Colombia and wish to make the payment by bank transfer from your Bank, contact the email info.km@minister.com and we will contact you to send you the respective information so that you can make the transfer.
After making the payment, it is IMPORTANT that you send the payment support to the email info.km@minister.com with the following information: Payment Reference Number, Full names, Identification number, Date of payment, Email with which you registered, Country and city of residence, and the Name of the Course or Seminar for which you paid.
The response time to authorize your entry to the course or seminar for which you paid is 1 to 2 days from Monday to Friday.
Once you have ALL OF THE ABOVE READY, you can proceed to click on the black button that says BUY NOW.
Once you have done all of the above, from the Educational Portal an advisor will validate your payment and authorize you to enter the course or seminar for which you paid. You will receive an email informing you that your payment was successful and you will be able to enter your course or seminar from that moment on. It is important that after this, click on the settings of your Educational Portal account to complement your basic data such as names and surnames, (among other data) which are necessary so that the Educational Portal can generate the attendance certificate when you finish and approve the course or seminar you registered for. If you had already taken courses on the Educational Portal and had received the corresponding certificates, it is NOT necessary for you to go to your Educational Portal account settings.
Yes, after you approve and finish the course or seminar you are studying, the Educational Portal will automatically generate the certificate of attendance and send it to your email address registered in your Educational Portal account.
That is why it is very important that, once you have joined the course or seminar of your interest, click on the settings of your Educational Portal account to complement your basic data such as names and surnames, (among other data) which are necessary so that the Educational Portal can generate the certificate of attendance when you finish and approve the course or seminar you registered for.
